Tony is a first generation Vietnamese American hailing from Boulder, Colorado. He studied theater and acting at Ithaca College, and The National Theater Institute through The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center.
He has performed at various venues Off-Broadway, downtown NYC and regionally including Joe’s Pub, The Bushwick Starr, 54 Below, Ars Nova, Theater Row, Ensemble Studio Theater, The Flea Theater, The South St Seaport, Powerhouse Theater Festival, The Hangar Theater and Colorado Shakespeare Festival. He has worked on new play development with New York Stage & Film, Cape Cod Theater Project, Naked Angels, Ma-Yi Theater, Soho Rep, The Lark, The Lincoln Center, New York Theater Workshop, Ensemble Studio Theater, Pan Asian Rep, and Rising Circle Theater Collective. Tony was a 2016 Drama Desk Nominee for Outstanding Music in SeaWife, written by his band The Lobbyists.
In his free time, Tony enjoys designing new websites for people, tending to his fire escape garden and riding his bike. And he still loves free ice cream.
